Roughly 560 rooms spread across three wings, so a large group can book together without splitting up, and the property adds a private white-sand beach, kids clubs and a splash park to keep younger travelers busy while parents disappear into the spa. Operations passed to Swandor Hotels in January 2026, retiring the Titanic Mardan Palace name used since 2018.
