But thinking about it, he knew something about all the various dog breeds and their descendants. On talking to an employee at the dog shelter, he was only given ambiguous responses. It wasn’t very clear to him but it also didn’t matter so much. There were other things he had to think about.
Persuading his wife
His major concern was persuading Tania, his wife, that this dog was perfect for their family. The only proof he was armed with were the employee’s words. They were vague things stating that the dog was really sweet and was good with children. Hopefully, that would be enough to make her see reason.
